2. Scope and Purpose

This privacy policy applies exclusively to the Meta Horizon Store version of the VR game "RHYTHMIC" (“App”).
It does not apply to versions downloaded via other platforms (e.g., Steam, itch.io), which are subject to those platforms' respective privacy policies.

3. Collection and Processing of Personal Data

To provide certain features (such as achievements and leaderboards), the App may access limited user information provided by the Meta Platform, specifically:

• User ID
• Username and profile picture

This information is used exclusively to enable these features. We do not use this data for any other purpose, do not combine it with other data, and do not share it with third parties.

In addition, game settings and progress (such as save games or preferences) are stored only locally on your VR headset or processed through Meta’s own platform features (such as cloud saves), if enabled by you. We do not access, control, or process this data directly.

4. Meta Horizon Platform

When you download or use the App through the Meta Horizon Store, Meta Platforms, Inc. (“Meta”) independently collects and processes certain personal data according to its own privacy practices.

Upon receiving your request, we will delete any personal data we control within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that data stored by Meta Platforms, Inc. is subject to Meta’s own privacy policy and must be requested directly from Meta.
