2. Scope and Purpose

This privacy policy exclusively applies to the Oculus Store version of the VR game "RHYTHMIC" (“App”). It does not apply to versions downloaded via other platforms (e.g., Steam, itch.io), which are subject to those platforms' respective privacy policies.

3. Collection and Processing of Personal Data

We (the developers of "RHYTHMIC") do not actively collect, store, or process any personal data from our users within the Oculus Store version of the App.

Game settings and progress (such as save games or preferences) are stored only locally on your VR headset or processed through Meta’s own platform features (such as cloud saves), if enabled by you. We do not access, control, or process this data directly.

4. Meta Oculus Platform

When you download or use the App through the Meta Oculus Store, Meta Platforms, Inc. (“Meta”) independently collects and processes certain personal data according to its own privacy practices.
